Island Watch
(Inhabited by twenty-one castaways)
Everyone’s on the beach. Pick your ends.
An unofficial Survivor fantasy league for friends. Each episode of Season 51, pick your top five castaways and your bottom five, plus who goes home next. Picks lock when the episode airs. Unpicked castaways earn no event or placement points: the ends are where the points live.
Invite-only. Your commissioner sends the link.
Below, the cast is drawn as an island and your picks stand on its two capes. Your top five stand on First Cape, your #1 at the tip. Your bottom five stand on Last Cape, your last place at the tip. The water off First Cape pays on ▲ good events (immunity, reward, idols found). The water off Last Cape pays on ▼ bad events (votes received, weighted 3×). Each cape pays from the tip inward: 100, 75, 40, 20, 10%. Everyone you don’t pick stays inland and earns no event or placement points. Your separate boot call can still score.
- Top pick 1 on First Cape: 100% of good-event points
- Top pick 2 on First Cape: 75% of good-event points
- Top pick 3 on First Cape: 40% of good-event points
- Top pick 4 on First Cape: 20% of good-event points
- Top pick 5 on First Cape: 10% of good-event points
- Bottom pick 1 on Last Cape: 100% of bad-event points
- Bottom pick 2 on Last Cape: 75% of bad-event points
- Bottom pick 3 on Last Cape: 40% of bad-event points
- Bottom pick 4 on Last Cape: 20% of bad-event points
- Bottom pick 5 on Last Cape: 10% of bad-event points
- Unpicked, inland: 11 castaways, no event or placement points
- Torches snuffed so far (example): 0
Example season
Low water · window open
An example season of 14 episodes: who goes out, and when, is illustrative, not results. When one of your picks leaves, you pick a replacement at the next window; the payouts slide inward to them, here and in plans A and B.

First Cape
your top picks · enlargedYour top picks score ▲ good events: individual immunity, reward, idols found. Up to five slots pay 100, 75, 40, 20 and 10%, reading inward from your #1, and never more than half of who’s left.
Individual immunity counts 4.5×. When one of your picks leaves, you pick a replacement at the next window and the payouts slide inward to them.
Tenure Anchorage
Hold a pick within one slot, episode to episode, and the anchor sets: up to 1.40× by the fourth.
Example pick, held steady: 1.00×, first episode.
Last Cape
your bottom picks · enlargedYour bottom picks score ▼ bad events: votes received, weighted 3× good. The same slots, reading inward from your last place.
Everyone you don’t pick stays inland between the capes: no event points and no placement points.
Notices to mariners
The rules, briefly
- Pick the two ends. Each episode, choose your top picks and your bottom picks, edge first, plus one boot call. No draft; the rest of the cast stays unpicked.
- Top picks score good events: immunity, reward, idols found.
- Bottom picks score bad events: votes received. Bad events weigh 3× good; individual immunity counts 4.5×.
- Up to five slots per end, paying 100 / 75 / 40 / 20 / 10% from the tip. Never more than half of who’s left: five and five at 21, four and four at 9.
- Unpicked castaways earn no event or placement points. Your independent boot call can still score.
- Hold a pick and it anchors. Within one slot across episodes: 1.00, 1.13, 1.27, 1.40×.
- One window per episode. It locks at airtime; picks stay hidden until then. The commissioner publishes that episode’s results, and the next window opens.
- At the final five the capes go quiet. Event points stop. Keep submitting picks: top-pick placement points and correct vote-out boot calls still count.
- Every point is traceable to the episode that produced it.
Placement Bank
Your top picks also earn placement points: how close the slot you gave them was to where they actually finish. Unpicked castaways earn none.
Boot Passage
Every episode, call who goes home next. It’s a separate card from your picks: a base 6 points, with an early bonus of up to 75%.

The watchers’ shore
Everyone’s on the beach.
Twenty-one torches out in the sound, and a lookout flag on this shore for every player in the league. Nobody on this side is ever out: standings are public, the leader holds the summit, and everyone else stands lower on the same hill, still watching.
ExampleFlags A–F are an illustration, not live standings. They climb and slip as the example season plays.
